Prayer Shawl Ministry

On Oct. 24, 2018, the three congregations of Knox Normanby, Knox Holstein and Amos Dromore and community members celebrated 10 years of Prayer Shawl Ministry and the giving of 740 prayer shawls and lap quilts. On Monday Sept. 17th a permanent marker was dedicated at the West Bentinck Presbyterian Pioneer Cemetery located near Elmwood, now in West Grey.

 

The cemetery was rededicated in June 2015 and the donations from that service have been used to purchase this marker at the entrance to the cemetery. Holy ground!!
